We have made every step in outsourcing your paraplanning Easy as 123. So, once you have been through our Easy as 123 sign up process
then you simply move onto our Easy as 123 case management system, illustrated below:

The suitability section is where the drafted Suitability Letter, all new product research, illustrations etc. go. So, although this section is normally populated by your paraplanner if you have any previous examples of reports you would like the new report to be based on or have any pre prepared research please feel free to upload into this section.
All existing products under consideration should be uploaded into this section. The usual stuff, policy documents, current valuations etc. If you have a login that the paraplanner can use to access all data then please just add that to the description section.
Please add the risk rating report and any details in relation to capacity for less etc. in this section. It would also be great if any meeting notes that refer to ATR, CFL, Knowledge, Time frame etc. are added here too (Don't worry if this is a copy of notes added elsewhere). Please do not add anything to the description that is is not already on the file though.
Remuneration information should be uploaded here. Ideally a current client agreement that confirms the agreed initial and ongoing fees, or a copy of a file note that covers the same points. Again, for you own future compliance needs, we would urge that you only add information that is already on your file. If you do not have this information on your file it will not be compliant!
All Know Your Client information here please. the fact find and copies of meeting notes and goals documents. the paraplanner will always start here so the case needs to make sense. If the paraplanner needs to contact you for further clarification or information after reading this section it is very likely that your file does not have enough KYC info!
