Life at the hub is pretty exciting right now and we have many reasons to be smiling.
Firstly, we want to give a massive hub congratulations to Leanne Caster who has been a part of the hub for over a year and most of that time was spent as Administration Manager. However, we are delighted to announce that Leanne has been promoted to Client Relationship Manager and is now developing a new role and element of all things Hub!
In light of our recent, significant growth and plans for more development, we really see a key part of our business being centered around client management and relationships with both our clients and connections. We understand the importance of knowing our community and making sure we strive towards strong and effective links in all those areas.
Part of the role that Leanne is taking on is that of marketing. We have spent time recently looking into a new and innovative way to plan, implement and track our marketing activity. Working in this way will allow us to really maximize the communication we have with our audience.
Leanne and Tony attended a training workshop from Red Button Marketing and as a result are formalising a strategic plan. The added bonus is that we are also investing in My Marketing Button software that enables us to manage our marketing plan online and work in real time with key tasks that support results. The added benefit is that the whole team can be involved, and we can achieve success in joined up thinking. Here at the hub, we love people and processes so this new way of planning for marketing really fits well with all the things we love.
This approach to strategy will underpin how we move forward and give us a fantastic platform to facilitate all the ideas we have around the art of paraplanning and developing our brand.
Leanne said “I have worked in the financial services industry for 18 years in mainly an administration capacity. The Client Relationship Manager role has given me a great opportunity to explore a different path, whilst staying within the industry. I am looking forward to getting to know our clients better and ensuring we consistently provide not only a great paraplanning service but a personal one too. I really enjoy being part of the team here and the future looks so exciting for the business, I am so excited to take on a role that is at the fore-front of that growth”

We like to keep an eye on celebration days and June saw The Great British Spring Clean, so this was the perfect opportunity for us to take some time to get back to the office and give Hub HQ a bit of a makeover. It was really rewarding being able to just get things in order for more of our team to have time back in the office. Let’s face it, who is going find it hard to work in an old brewery! We enjoy having a dedicated location in the North East and from there we are managing the continued and rapid growth of our team and clients across the country.
As paraplanners we totally love being the connection between IFA’s and their clients. One of the many reasons why opting to work with is rewarding for you is the level of research we undertake.
